We are considering Technical Coordinators or Technical Managers for this opportunity because it’s more about finding the right person whose the right fit which is often the case for medium size privately-owned or family-owned developers.
But you will be responsible for 2-3 developments at one time and will become part of dynamic technical team with up and coming friendly faces all sharing the same goals of growing with the business as it continues to expand during an exciting period of growth.
We are looking for Technical Coordinators or Technical Managers who have direct housebuilding experience working for either a developer or contractor.
