TECHNICAL COORDINATOR | TECHNICAL MANAGER

This is an opportunity to join an established and highly successful family-owned developer who are privately owned and funded. They build high quality premium homes in sough after locations typically between 20-200 units.

They’ve been through lots of exciting changes over the years in preparation of major growth plans which has included quadrupling its number of employees. And the expansion plans keep on coming as the business opened several new regional business units as they plan to double there volume and revenue and aim to build 1,000 new homes per year by 2025. 

This is a very established and highly reputable developer where people really are at the centre of this business which is why they are getting a name for becoming one of the best businesses to work for. They retain and attract some of the industry’s top talent and with a relatively flat structure people can work effectively and efficiently which also means they can grow and develop quickly and grow with the business.  

We are considering Technical Coordinators or Technical Managers for this opportunity because it’s more about finding the right person whose the right fit which is often the case for medium size privately-owned or family-owned developers. 

But you will be responsible for 2-3 developments at one time and will become part of dynamic technical team with up and coming friendly faces all sharing the same goals of growing with the business as it continues to expand during an exciting period of growth.  

We are looking for Technical Coordinators or Technical Managers who have direct housebuilding experience working for either a developer or contractor.
