With an established department of a Technical Director, Technical Lead, Head of Engineering, 2x Civil Engineers, 2x Technical Coordinators, Graduates & Apprentices this is a great opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to fit right in and grow with the team. 

As a volume housebuilder it is a very fast paced environment where you would be assisting and managing several projects at any one time however this enables you to get stuck right in and get as much exposure as possible which ultimately will help you progress. 

There’s no denying it’s been a tough few years for the industry as a whole but as the market starts to pick up again this developer is getting prepared to ramp things up hence they are looking to expand the team ready for this growth and progression. And you could be a part of it! 

As a Technical Coordinator you will oversee all technical aspects of projects managing the design process; be responsible for the procurement and management of utilities and services; discharge of planning and building regulation conditions and managing and building relationships with regulatory bodies such as Planning and Building control. 

We are looking for an established Technical Coordinator from a housebuilding background working for either a developer or contractor. Ideally you will come from an Architectural private practice background with private practices or in-house design teams.
