TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and established privately-owned developer, who also is one of the highest profit making businesses in the industry. Operating throughout Norfolk, Suffolk, Hertfordshire & Essex they work on traditional and timber frame development typically of new build construction but they have also worked on some conversion and refurbishment schemes in the past. 

Following a restructure to establish a more sustainable business this developer is 

now going through an exciting period of growth and has some exciting and ambitious plans to achieve circa 800 units per year. They are currently working on 15 live developments with 5 more in the pipeline. 

As a Technical Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating several projects at any one time depending on the complexities of the sites themselves. This is a traditional coordination role in regards to the fact you will be responsible for both the architectural and engineering functions however the role itself will be more of a cradle to grave role where you will be getting involved in all RIBA stages. 

We are looking for established Technical Coordinators with direct housebuilding experience or Architectural Technicians from in-house design teams or private practice backgrounds who are looking to make the transition across to a Technical Coordination role.
