They have a significant amount of private funding and are looking for 3-4 sites per year across Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Cambridgeshire or Suffolk. Their developments are high quality bespoke family homes build in sought after locations.

This is a really exciting opportunity for an established Sales & Marketing Manager to be the sole person in this role and to make the role their own with a growing business. You will be responsible for all marketing and digital marketing across the company to advertise new homes; working closely with estate agents; formulating a sales and marketing strategy for all sites; leading digital and social media marketing including company website; supporting new acquisition opportunities and assisting with the post completion and aftercare process.
Ideally you will have experience of the new homes sector in Essex and the surrounding areas; have experience of marketing homes on social media platforms and be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
