Expansion into Main Contractors

Part of our growth plans are to expand into the world of Main Contracting working with Regional Main Contractors and Top Tier Main Contractors in the Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare, Hotel and Mixed Use Residential sectors. 

Earlier in the year we started building a relationship with HG Construction, Hitchin where we had several interviews for a Design Manager vacancy. 

We are now pleased to announce a new working relationship with another Regional Main Contractor in Hertfordshire specialising in Education & Healthcare projects. This is a very reputable contractor established for over 20 years across the South-East and Midlands with an impressive portfolio of framework agreements, client’s and award winning exciting and challenging schemes. 

This is a business very passionate about diversity and inclusion, mental health, equality and wellbeing and the aim of the business is to foster a culture where everyone feels welcome and is able to perform at that very best which will ultimately will support growth and career progression. 

We have the exciting challenge of finding Site Managers, Design Managers and Project Surveyors for the business due to an increase in workload, particularly for a Primary School & Community Health Hub which is part of a wider development of over 5,000 units.
