celebrating in style

I always said to celebrate my first business successes I wanted to treat myself to Prime Steak & Grill. It’s one of my favourite steak restaurants in Rickmansworth that I used to always go to for birthday celebrations. Recently we found out they are opening a brand new restaurant here in Berkhamsted but it won’t be opening until around August 2023 so I was just going to hold out for celebrations. 

Meanwhile Ashridge House hosted a Giveaway for their Masquerade Ball so I thought this would be a brilliant way to celebrate so I have to admit I was a bit of a keen bean with my entries but I won! It was the most beautiful evening. We enjoyed a drinks reception partnered with Aperol Spritz, we were serenaded by a Saxophonist out in the courtyard and we enjoyed a lovely 3 course meal. After dinner we all gathered in the stunning private grounds to watch a firework display before it was time to get our dancing shoes on ready to party the night away.  

Running a business comes with many scarifies so switching off and letting my hair down doesn’t come often enough and this was very much needed. Sometimes things are meant to be! It was the celebration and reset that I needed and hopefully there will be many more of these similar events to come as the business progresses.
